About Me

Hi, I’m Cassidy Vaughn, a real estate agent with Florida Advantage Realty Group proudly serving Marion and Citrus Counties. As someone who lives in Ocala and deeply loves this community, I’m passionate about helping individuals and families find a place they can truly call home.

In addition to real estate, I currently serve with Better Together, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting families in crisis throughout Florida. Before that, I worked as an Admissions Director in healthcare. Both roles have allowed me to build strong relationships, guide people through important life transitions, and serve others with compassion and care.

I chose real estate because I genuinely love people and wanted the opportunity to walk alongside clients during one of the biggest moments of their lives. Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, but my goal is to make the process feel peaceful, exciting, and supported every step of the way.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with family and friends, reading, and writing.
