Hi, I’m Julia Clay, a real estate agent with Florida Advantage Realty Group proudly serving Ocala, Marion County, and the surrounding areas. Before transitioning into real estate, I built my career in banking and teaching, where I developed a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.

My passion for real estate comes from my genuine love of helping people. Whether it’s guiding a first-time buyer, helping a family find their forever home, or assisting with a sale, I find so much joy in being part of such an important milestone.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me coaching youth softball, substitute teaching, or enjoying time at the beach with my family. I truly love living in Florida and all it has to offer, and I’m grateful to help others find their place here too.
