Hi, I’m Kristen Dreyer, a proud Ocala resident and Realtor® with Florida Advantage Realty
Group, serving Marion County as well as parts of Citrus and Levy Counties. My real estate
journey began at just 17 years old, when I started working for a land developer, sparking a
lifelong passion for real estate and community growth.


With a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a background as a Mental Health Counselor and
Supervisor of Clinical Services for LifeStream Behavioral, I bring a deep understanding of
people and communication to every transaction. My goal is to guide my clients through the
buying and selling process with clarity, confidence, and care.


Beyond real estate, I am a devoted mother of three and proud to serve as a Councilwoman for
the City of Ocala. My involvement in the community includes serving on the Transportation
and Planning Organization Board, Utility Advisory Board, and Affordable Housing
Advisory Committee. I have also held leadership roles as Chairperson of the East Ocala
Community Redevelopment Area Agency, Vice-Chairman of the Ocala Historic
Preservation Advisory Board, and Secretary of the Ocala Mainstreet Executive Board, as
well as serving on the board of a local private school and the Steering Committee for the
Midtown Master Plan.


I love helping people discover all that Ocala and the surrounding areas have to offer — whether
it’s finding a first home, growing an investment portfolio, or selling a beloved property with care
